The Soul Group
A Group Relations consultant team committed to supporting clinical healthcare chaplains, those they care for, those they work with, and the institutions they serve.

OUR APPROACH
Committed to Positive Change
The Soul Group is a diverse team of expert consultants informed by systems psychodynamics who have been working with a major chaplaincy organization for over 10 years.
The name reflects the influence of their collaboration with chaplains and their interest in bringing a deeper understanding of the often unconscious dynamics that impact all groups be they family, organization, or larger societies.
Their work is highly influenced by Group Relations, a method that has its origins at The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in the UK, creative expression, clinical psychology, and a wide range of spiritual traditions.
The Soul Group members belong to the A.K. Rice Institute for the Study of Social Systems (AKRI), the educational, not-for-profit organization for Group Relations in the United States.
